{"id":314,"date":"2015-01-25T11:58:15","date_gmt":"2015-01-25T17:58:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/walz-chojnacki.us\/Pensees\/?p=314"},"modified":"2015-01-25T12:02:00","modified_gmt":"2015-01-25T18:02:00","slug":"president-walker","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.walz-chojnacki.us\/Pensees\/president-walker\/","title":{"rendered":"President Walker?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In today&#8217;s Journal Sentinel, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jsonline.com\/news\/opinion\/scott-walker-a-five-tool-presidential-player-b99430407z1-289582141.html\">Christian Schneider<\/a> claimed that &#8220;liberals can&#8217;t fathom the idea that Walker could be a national candidate.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m afraid Schneider is projecting his shallowness. We may have high principals and ideals but we&#8217;re not delusional.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liberals have seen the\u00c2\u00a0election and re-election of a president who initiated the decline of the American middle class,\u00c2\u00a0Ronald Reagan<\/li>\n<li>Liberals have seen the election and re-election of a president who made Americans culpable for the death of hundreds of thousands of innocent people, and who made us a nation of torturers, George W. Bush.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other Americans saw this too, but perhaps haven&#8217;t yet appreciated \u00c2\u00a0the enormity of those elections.
