Bush withdraw from the White House.<\/p>\n<p>2) Too Late Plan: It would have been useful for George Sr. to have withdrawn from Barbara before W was conceived.<\/p>\n<p>3) Guess What Plan: The U.S. is building a large permanent military infrastructure in Iraq.
