Dumb,dumb, dumb! <\/li>\n<p>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And where has our &#8220;Oil President&#8221; been the last six years? Presumably working on an energy bill that&#8217;ll increase fleet fuel economy standard by 3 mpg over the next 5 years. <a href =\"http:\/\/www.sfgate.com\/cgi-bin\/article.cgi?f=\/c\/a\/2005\/08\/30\/BUG4OEF3H91.DTL\">Relevant link.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>He&#8217;s also been cutting funds for New Orleans flood control.  <a href = \"http:\/\/www.chicagotribune.com\/news\/nationworld\/chi-0509010170sep01,1,5853346.story?coll=chi-newsnationworld-hed\">Relevant link.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Lousiana Nationa Guard?
